The Process
Consultation
Once we've received initial contact from you, we begin by gathering information through a personal consultation. Whether conducted in person, over the phone, or by email, this will help us further identify your specific invitation and stationery needs. If you already have an idea or found something you like in our gallery, we can start from there — but we always provide every client with our custom service. We will work together to create something truly unique and memorable. We'll help set the tone, reflect your personal style with colour, textures, and wording, and perfectly coordinate every element. After the consultation is complete, you will receive a quote within 1-2 business days.
Design Process
When you decide that you would like to proceed we begin turning your vision in to reality. Within 5-7 business days you will receive your custom design concept to review. You simply provide feedback regarding the overall design. After we receive your feedback, the design will be revised as requested.
Once your design is in process, additional pieces such as a matching reply card will be created. You will receive a final quote by email and a 50% deposit will be required. All materials will be ordered after the 50% payment is received (once paper colors and sizes are approved).
Proofs + Revisions
You will receive your proofs by email or web link. Up to five proofs are included free of charge to make minor changes and neccessary corrections — usually three is all it takes. Should your revisions exceed this, an additional fee of $10 per proof will apply. Hard copy proofs are available for $15 each and include shipping — however more time will be required to complete your order.
Final Approval
When everything is complete a final digital proof will be provided prior to production. We ask that you carefully look over this proof for spelling adjustments or errors and any wording changes required. Once we receive final approval back from you no further changes can be made.
Production
After your final approval has been received you will be billed for the balance of the project and production will begin. You can relax while we print and assemble your order. Upon payment your order will be shipped or local pick-up scheduled. Depending on the size of your order production could take from one to four weeks. Shipping times will vary. Rush service is available for a fee dependent on our current schedule. Shipping charges are included in the final balance payment prior to production.
